Yummy Smoothie featuring Shaman Shack Herb's Women's Complete formula

Cherry strawberry yogurt smoothie recipe with Women's Complete!


INGREDIENTS:

1/2 c of raw fresh red cherries pitted (as local as you can)
1/2 c of a hass avocado
1/2 c vanilla almond milk, vanilla hemp milk, or vanilla
cashew milk
1 c frozen strawberries
1 c container of coconut strawberry or "cherry" yogurt if
available.
1/2 teaspoon Shaman Shack Herbs Women's Complete
1/2 Tablespoon of chia seeds for an extra boost (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth
I personally like it when there are still bits of frozen strawberry in tact.

If the smoothie becomes too thick because of the amazing chia seeds, please just add a little bit more plant based milk of your choice to even it out as needed.
